After our last live class immersion we will take one month to integrate all that you have learned and study with your peers to practice and prepare for The Musical Activation Song Circle, where each Music Initiate shares a song of their choice.
After our 3-months together you will receive the opportunity to co-create sound ceremonies with Lynn Solana and the community of High Vibe Collective Sound initiates around the globe! You will also receive exclusive invitations to in-person retreats and offerings in sacred vortexes.

Module 1 – Energy Medicine: Discover the foundation of Sound Meditation: The energetics of healing. The human biofield, intuition medicine, breath, and meditation.
Module 2 – Consciousness Medicine: See how sound affects consciousness, explore transcendental states through music across world cultures, and discover how to integrate the common principles of these practices into your work as a facilitator of sound.
Module 3 – Sound Instruments: Explore overtone-emitting instruments, how to play them, and which instruments suit you for your practice.
Module 4 – Vocal Alchemy: Use the most potent healing tool on the planet – your voice – as you learn how to tone, alchemize, and transmute with your own personal power.
Module 5 – Science vs Woo Woo: The numbers and scientific studies of frequency and neuroscience… and using discernment to critically deconstruct theories and beliefs around sound medicine.
Module 6 – Music Theory for Sound Ceremonialists: Gain a deeper understanding of music, wherever you are on your musical path, and use this knowledge to its highest alignment in your sound meditation work.
Module 7 – Sound Ceremony: How to set the ceremonial container and lead a well-rounded sound ceremony with grace and integrity for both group and private sessions.
Module 8 – The Business of Sound: What it takes to get your healing business started
Integration: The integration of all of your learnings into your Sound Ceremony, and the art of integrating Sound Ceremony into everyday life.

Am I ready for HVA?
Whether you are new to the self-development, healing, & spiritual world, or you’re an already a coach & healer yourself, this program contains the blueprint for the version of you who you want to embody. The tools and knowledge in this program are not just for “beginners.” These are tools that you can use for yourself, your current clients, and the clients you want to call in for the embodiment of transformation (instead of the intellectual understanding of it).
When do I start?
High Vibe Sound is a custom program that is exclusive. Once you say YES, we will proceed with scheduling our time together and you’ll receive a welcome email will all the details.
How much interaction do I get with Lynn?
You will be meeting with Lynn live at least once per week. This time will be spent as full embodiment sessions, followed by open Q&A and time to connect and be witnessed/receive feedback. One on one time is solely for you. You also have access directly to Lynn to ask questions throughout the rest of the week. She is with you every step of the way. You will receive approximately 8-10 hours of live time with Lynn (which does not include the dozens of hours of online content that you have lifetime access to).
