Working with Lynn opened my mind to the fact that I get to make the rules and I get to have fun with it. So much liberation has been given to me. She encouraged me to do more and expand more and that it’s okay to be fully me, in fact she taught me to embody it and embrace it. If there is anybody on the fence about working with Lynn the biggest insight I could offer is that if you’re feeling a little bit of fear, that’s permission that this is something you need to step into. When we have that fear, it’s just our edges; this is an opportunity to move toward it.
